HOA
What Is Home Owners Association (HOA)?
A governing body and volunteers, who can be home owners, who makes and enforces the rules of the HOA for the 
subdivision, condo or complex. When you purchase a home with a HOA, you automatically become a member where you can vote for changes or hold a board member position.
HOA fees can vary from monthly, quarterly to yearly dues and can cover insurance, building maintenance, lawn/snow care, utility bills, management fees and community room maintenance.
There are pro's and con's to HOA and it is important to do your research to what the HOA covers, review minutes and the Association's financial position.
